ABOUT UASC
The UASC is firmly rooted in the belief that everyone should enjoy a skating experience that builds self esteem and confidence while developing lifelong skating skills.
The qualities strengthened by skating are personal as well physical. The UASC Board, Skating Director and coaching staff value what each skater brings to the ice and guide each skater toward individual accomplishment and mastery of new skills. Your support from home allows you child to maximize the learning experience provided by skating.
The UASC is committed to making each skater’s experience as positive and rewarding as possible.
UASC 2020-2021 BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The UASC Board of Directors is made up of volunteers to set club policy, overseeing daily operations, managing finances, & organizing/implementing club marketing & outreach.

UNITED STATES FIGURE SKATING ASSOCIATION
Headquartered in Colorado Springs, Colorado, the United Skates Figure Skating (USFSA) is the national governing body for the sport of figure skating in the United States. USFSA is a member of the Interantional Skating Union (ISU) & the United States Olympic Committee (USOC).
LEARN TO SKATE USA
In 2016 USFSA launched a new Learn to Skate program, replacing the Basic Skills program. This LTS USA program was developed by USFSA, Hockey Association & Speed Skater Association. It is approved & endorsed by the Professional Skaters Association (PSA).
